From 8,000 to over 40,000 followers
When we took over the social media management for the Alpinhotel Berghaus in Zillertal in 2023, the Instagram account had around 8,000 followers. The content was appealing, but the reach was stagnating - there was potential, but it wasn't being used strategically.
The goal
Our goal was clear: greater visibility, more bookings, and clear positioning as one of the most popular hotels in Tyrol. We developed a customized social media strategy that focused on authenticity, storytelling, and high-quality photo and video content production. This included new content formats such as "Berghaus Moments," "Tips from the Mountain," and the humorous "Berghaus Challenge," which involved not only guests but also the team and generated enormous organic reach.

- Noticeably more booking requests
- Building an active community that now perceives the hotel as their favorite destination in the mountains
Today, the Alpinhotel Berghaus is one of the hotels with the widest reach in the Zillertal, with a clear brand voice, high recognition and an authentic appearance that picks up guests emotionally.
