When we took over the management of edeltravel, one of the leading luxury travel agencies in the DACH region, its social media presence faced a challenge: lots of content, but no clear direction. Different image styles, changing tones, inconsistent formats, and a large number of inactive followers from old campaigns, which limited organic reach.
